As a photographer in the wild I often have shots I have thought of for a long time and then there are the shots that surprise you that come from nowhere. That’s the beauty of living in the bush, each day is different, each adventure produces something unique. I feel passionately about producing thought provoking images that hopefully inspire you to travel along with me or to the places I have been and a percentage of the profits go back to local conservation efforts. FERAL ADVENTURES

Want to explore wildlife destinations with like minded people? Look no further! Join me on some small privately guided adventures. These trips will be carefully curated to take you to some of the Africa’s most exciting destinations! From the jungles of West Africa to the deserts of Chad, the flood plains of Liuwa National park to the underground hides of Liwonde, these trips were formed after years of my own extensive travels. Your vibe attracts your tribe so expect some pretty fun nature nerds who want to make the most of their annual leave away from the crowds and with an intrepid explorer at the helm!

TRIP REPORTS

The pull to explore has been strong within me from building forts in the forests around my home and wading through muddy landscapes in Scotland to then barefoot trekking through the forests of the Congo basin. Conversing with different cultures, learning to track wild animals, covering pathways that likely only animals have done before makes me the happiest! Remote and unexplored destinations will always have a huge pull for me to be among the first, perhaps it is the Scottish blood. Marketing of ethical and conservation based destinations and drawing attention to this part of the industry is something I feel very strongly about. Click below to read about some of my adventures.
